Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive student admissions, revenue growth, and business development for Miracle IT Career Academy. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, sales, and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and counselling team.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and yearly admission targets.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and overall sales performance.
- Handle important student/parent enquiries and support the team in closing admissions.
- Set individual and team sales targets and track performance regularly.
- Train team members on sales techniques, counselling, communication, and lead conversion.
- Maintain and improve lead-generation and follow-up processes.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead quality and conversions.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, corporate clients, and educational institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the academy.
- Ensure a positive student experience throughout the admission process.

Requirements
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, education sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹96,240.44 per month
