Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and generating sales for our MEPF, ELV, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Water Treatment, Civil & Turnkey Projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads and sales opportunities.
- Identify and approach potential clients, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into orders/projects.
- Maintain regular sales reports and update the sales pipeline.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new project opportunities.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.




- Experience in MEPF / ELV / Electrical / Fire Fighting / Civil / Infrastructure industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Existing industry contacts/network will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting.
