Job Description
Role Purpose Connectivity & Cloud Technology Leader will be responsible for defining, building, scaling, and monetising LTTS's global Connectivity and Cloud portfolio for the Mobility industry. The role will provide strategic, technical, commercial, and organisational leadership across connected vehicle ecosystems, cloud-native mobility platforms, vehicle-to-cloud solutions, OTA systems, V2X technologies, telematics, digital twins, data platforms, and Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) initiatives. The leader will drive innovation, customer growth, capability development, strategic partnerships, reusable platforms, and delivery excellence while positioning LTTS as a preferred engineering partner for Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, Fleet Operators, and Emerging Mobility Providers. Key Responsibilities 1. Practice Strategy & Growth Define and execute a 3–5 year technology and business roadmap for Connectivity and Cloud Engineering. Own practice revenue, bookings, profitability, utilisation, and growth targets. Build differentiated offerings aligned with Connected Mobility, SDV, AI-driven Mobility, and Vehicle Data Platforms. Create investment roadmaps for reusable assets, engineering accelerators, frameworks, and platforms. Drive strategic practice transformations aligned with Mobility megatrends. 2. Technology Leadership Lead technology strategy and competency development in: Connectivity Domain Telematics Control Units (TCU) eSIM, iSIM and MVNO Ecosystems Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) GNSS/GPS Positioning Technologies CAN, LIN, FlexRay and Automotive Ethernet Diagnostics (UDS, DoIP) Remote Vehicle Monitoring OTA Updates and Campaign Management Connected Services Platforms In-Vehicle Networking Cybersecurity for Connected Vehicles Cloud & Offboard Domain Vehicle-to-Cloud Architecture Connected Vehicle Platforms Cloud Native Mobility Platforms AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Kubernetes & Container Platforms Data Lakes & Mobility Analytics Digital Twin Platforms Fleet Management Platforms DevSecOps & CI/CD Edge-to-Cloud Architectures AI/ML Enabled Mobility Platforms Mobility Data Monetisation Platforms 3.
Customer Engagement & Business Development Lead strategic engagements with Automotive OEMs, Tier-1s, Fleet Providers and Current Mobility companies. Support large pursuits, solutioning workshops, RFx responses, and executive presentations. Act as a trusted advisor for customer digital transformation initiatives. Build executive relationships with CTOs, CIOs, Chief Digital Officers, and Engineering Leaders. Drive account mining and expansion through connectivity-led and cloud-led transformation programmes. 4. Solution Portfolio Ownership Own solution development and scaling for: Connected Vehicle Platforms OTA Platforms Usage Based Services Cloud-Connected Digital Twins SDV Data Platforms Mobility AI Platforms Telematics Ecosystems Vehicle Data Analytics Remote Diagnostics Platforms Fleet Intelligence Solutions Edge AI & Cloud AI Frameworks Software Defined Vehicle Services 5. Delivery Leadership & Governance Provide executive oversight for large global programmes. Establish delivery governance and technical review mechanisms. Ensure quality, cybersecurity, functional safety, scalability, and compliance objectives are met. Drive productivity, automation, and AI-based engineering efficiencies. Support global delivery across India, Europe, Japan, and North America. 6. Innovation & Intellectual Property Establish technology CoEs in Connected Mobility and Cloud Platforms. Drive patents, publications, reusable frameworks, and solution accelerators. Evaluate emerging technologies including: 5G/6G Edge AI Vehicle AI Agents Cloud Digital Twins Autonomous Connectivity Platforms AI-driven Mobility Analytics Lead Proof-of-Concept and incubation programmes. 7. Ecosystem & Partner Management Build strategic relationships with:

Talent & Capability Development Build a future-ready engineering workforce. Define competency frameworks and certification roadmaps. Mentor Practice Leads, Solution Architects, SMEs, and Engineering Managers. Establish global capability centres in Cloud Mobility and Connected Vehicle Systems. Drive innovation culture and continuous learning. Required Experience 15+ years in Automotive, Mobility, Embedded Systems, Connectivity, Cloud Engineering, or SDV Domains. Proven leadership of large engineering organisations. Experience managing multi-million-dollar portfolios, customers, and delivery programmes. Strong exposure to Connected Vehicle and Cloud ecosystems. Track record of scaling global engineering capabilities and driving profitable growth.
