Position Overview

This position is a revenue-focused role centered on market development, order closure, and customer acquisition within the power sector. The position entails managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting and technical discussions to final negotiations across transformer OEMs, utilities, and EPC contractors.

Responsibilities

- 1. Achieve assigned sales revenue targets and grow market share in the designated territory
- 2. Identify, develop, and convert new customer accounts across transformer OEMs, utilities, EPC contractors, and industrial plants.
- 3. Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting,technical discussions, proposal submission,

- negotiation, and order closure.
- 4.Build and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers — purchase, maintenance,



and projects teams.
- 5. Forecast pipeline, maintain CRM hygiene, and report progress against targets.
- 6. Coordinate with the Application Engineering team for technical support in complex deals.

Skills &

Experience

- 1. Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Engineering.
- 2. 3-7 years in technical sales, application engineering, or field support of engineering products.
- 3.

Demonstrated exposure to the power sector: transformer OEMs, electrical utilities, EPC contractors, or industrial power systems.

- 4. Familiarity with protection instruments, monitoring devices, or allied products is a strong advantage.
- 5. Experience in installation, commissioning, and servicing of transformer and substation equipment is desirable.
