Candidate Profile

- Essential Requirements
- Age: Up to 45 years.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of sales and business development experience.
- Proven experience in Sports Nutrition, Nutraceuticals, Health Supplements, Wellness Products, FMCG, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong network of distributors, dealers, retailers, gym chains,



and fitness industry contacts across India.
- Demonstrated ability to appoint and develop distributors nationally.
- Experience in launching and scaling brands across multiple states.
- Robust negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate Marketing, Commerce, or related field is preferred.
- Experience managing a sales portfolio.
- Understanding of product development and marketing processes.
