Role Description The Sales and Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves providing technical support for weighing and related equipment, including installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, and repair at customer locations. The engineer will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, perform field service visits, and ensure timely resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with the sales team, supporting pre- and post-sales technical activities, preparing service reports, and training customers on proper equipment usage. The role also requires maintaining documentation, adhering to safety standards,



and representing the company professionally during all client interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Field Service experience, including on-site visits, equipment installation, and customer training.
- Candidates should possess solid Maintenance & Repair capabilities to perform preventive and corrective service on mechanical and electronic systems.
- Candidates should possess explicit and professional Communication skills for interacting with customers, internal teams, and reporting service activities.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Knowledge of industrial weighing or packaging machinery is an advantage, along with basic understanding of electrical circuits and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and travel as required for customer visits.
- Proficiency in using basic diagnostic tools, reading technical manuals, and preparing clear service documentation.
