Job Overview

We are looking for result-driven and experienced Regional Sales Managers (RSM) to drive business growth in our Branded Pharma divisions. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market footprint by appointing new franchise partners and managing existing distribution networks across your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Appointments: Actively identify, pitch to, and appoint recent branded pharma franchise.

Territory Development: Strategy and build robust business pipelines in the assigned geographical territory.

Lead Management: Diligently follow up on corporate and self-generated leads to convert them into business partners.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

Relationship Management: Maintain healthy,



long-term relationships with franchise partners and resolve any operational issues promptly.

Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with the product, dispatch, and billing teams at the head office to ensure timely supply and support to partners.

Reporting: Maintain and submit structured daily call reports (DCR), market feedback, and sales forecasts to the management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Prior experience in Pharma RSM

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Territory Knowledge: In-depth geographic understanding and existing network of pharma distributors/franchisees in the applied location.

Discipline: Excellent time management skills with a track record of meeting strict sales targets.
