The firm specializes in Mutual Fund Distribution and offers comprehensive guidance across investments, protection, and risk management to help individuals achieve life goals such as retirement, child education, marriage, and long-term wealth creation. Clients benefit from a single-window monitoring platform that provides real-time tracking of their overall wealth, including investments managed by other service providers. Services span investment products (mutual funds, stocks, bonds, sovereign gold bonds, PMS, alternate investment funds), protection solutions (life, health, property, fire, motor insurance), financing options (home, personal, and loan against property), and estate planning support through will writing for smooth asset distribution.
Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves interacting with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial needs, conducting structured interviews to gather relevant information, and supporting the CFP in aligning solutions with client goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer queries, providing courteous and timely service,



coordinating client onboarding and documentation, and maintaining accurate records in the firm’s monitoring platform. The role also includes assisting in recruitment-related activities for support staff, participating in training sessions to improve client engagement and product knowledge, and collaborating with team members to enhance process efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Recruiting skills to assess client needs and support hiring of suitable team members.
- Candidates should possess Training and presentation skills to help educate clients and contribute to internal knowledge-building.
- Basic understanding of financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, and loans, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work in a hybrid workplace, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple client interactions with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with digital platforms and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in financial services or client-facing roles is an advantage.
