Job Title: Retail Salesman – Hypermarket

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.

- Handle customer enquiries and explain product features, prices, and promotions.

- Maintain product displays, shelves, and store cleanliness.

- Ensure products are properly stocked, labelled, and arranged.

- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged products.

- Support promotional activities and achieve assigned sales targets.

- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide suitable solutions.

- Follow company safety, hygiene, and store policies.

- Coordinate with supervisors and other departments for smooth store operations.

Requirements





- Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in retail, hypermarket, supermarket, or FMCG sales.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of merchandising and stock management.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural workplace.

- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.

- Candidates from Siliguri and Meghalaya are highly preferred. Candidates from other parts of Northeast India are also welcome to apply.
