- Achieve store sales targets and drive overall business growth.
- Manage and lead the store team, including Sales Associates and Optometrists.
- Set individual targets and monitor daily/weekly/monthly team performance.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.
- Train, coach and motivate employees to improve productivity and sales.
- Manage daily store operations and ensure company SOPs are followed.
- Monitor inventory and stock, including stock availability, movement and regular stock checks.
- Manage billing, cash handling and POS operations and ensure accurate reconciliation.
- Ensure optometry and product-quality standards are maintained as per company guidelines.
- Maintain store presentation,



discipline and compliance while reporting store performance and operational issues to the management.
- Candidate Eligibility Overall Experience: Minimum 4 years in Retail Relevant Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Team Leader/Managerial role
- Candidates with experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, Assistant Department Manager, Floor Manager, Assistant Floor Manager, or Restaurant General Manager can be considered.
- CTC Range: ₹3 LPA to ₹10 LPA
- Age Limit: Up to 38 years

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
