Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Lead, train, and supervise store staff and optometrists.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines.
- Prepare sales reports and store performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, billing procedures, and store audits.
- Coordinate with the area manager for promotions and business growth.

Required Qualifications
- Candidates with Optometry background may also be preferred.

Experience




- 3–6 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in optical or eyewear retail.
- Candidate Eligibility Overall Experience: Minimum 4 years in Retail Relevant Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Team Leader/Managerial role
- Candidates with experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, Assistant Department Manager, Floor Manager, Assistant Floor Manager, or Restaurant General Manager can be considered
- . CTC Range: ₹3 LPA to ₹10 LPA
- Age Limit: Up to 38 year

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
