- Customer Focus: Greet walk-in visitors, guide them to the in-store clinic, and promote free eye check-ups. [1]
- Product Recommendation: Help customers select suitable frames, sunglasses, lenses, and contact lenses based on their needs and optometrist prescriptions. Explain lens types, coatings, and ongoing offers. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Sales & Targets: Achieve individual and store-level sales targets, eye-test conversion goals, and manage return rates. [1, 2, 3]
- Store Operations: Process bills on the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle digital payments, manage inventory/stocktakes, and maintain store cleanliness. [1, 2, 3]

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant retail or face-to-face sales experience (telesales excluded).
- Skills: Robust communication and active listening skills (fluency in English and Hindi/local language), problem-solving ability, and a customer-first attitude.
