Role Description The Restrobar Manager will oversee daily front-of-house and bar operations, ensuring smooth service and a positive guest experience throughout each shift.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, and monitoring service quality, hygiene, and safety standards. The manager will handle customer queries and feedback, oversee cash handling and billing, and support inventory control for food, beverages, and bar supplies. The role also involves implementing promotional activities, supporting basic marketing initiatives,



and maintaining visual standards for the dining and bar areas.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Bikaner.

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience managing restaurant or bar operations, including staff supervision and shift management.
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to resolve guest issues and maintain a welcoming setting.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, hygiene practices, and basic bar operations.
- Ability to manage inventories, coordinate with vendors, and support cost control and basic record-keeping.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Basic understanding of promotional activities and local marketing to support guest footfall and brand visibility.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems and handling cash and digital payments accurately.
- Previous experience in hospitality or F&B; management preferred; a diploma or degree in hospitality management is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.
