Patient Care

Monitor and assess patients’ health status by collecting patient history, vital signs, and symptoms.

Administer prescribed medications and treatments, observing and recording responses.

Provide direct patient care including wound care, catheterization, IV therapy, and assisting with personal hygiene.

Assist patients with mobility, eating, and other activities of daily living (ADLs).

Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.

Medical Procedures

Assist with medical and surgical procedures under the supervision of physicians.

Prepare and maintain medical equipment for various procedures.

Record and report any changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare providers.

Collaboration & Communication:

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning and evaluations.

Document all patient care activities, treatments, and progress according to hospital policies and legal requirements

Patient Advocacy & Emotional Support:





Advocate for patients' rights and well-being, ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect.

Offer emotional support and counselling to patients and their families, providing comfort and reassurance.

Infection Control & Safety:

Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure patient and staff safety.

Follow proper procedures for handling, storing, and disposing of medical waste and contaminated materials.

Administrative Tasks

Maintain patient records, charts, and reports as required.

Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Emergency Response

Respond swiftly and effectively in emergency situations, providing appropriate care and supporting other staff as needed.

Assist in the resuscitation and stabilization of critically ill or injured patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
