We are looking for an organised and people-oriented Recruiter / Resource Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and candidate coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment pipeline in ERP/HRMS.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Coordinate offer documentation and onboarding activities.
- Prepare basic recruitment reports and MIS.
- Handle candidate communication through phone, email and WhatsApp professionally.
Required Skills:
- Positive communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring requirements.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Preferred: Experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS/HRMS, bulk hiring or recruitment coordination.
