Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in the Pune Division.

The Recruitment

Specialist will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting selection decisions in collaboration with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment trackers,



and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience.

The Recruitment

Specialist will also assist with onboarding activities, coordinate training schedules for new hires, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices aligned with the company’s values and growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills to manage end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills to assess fit and engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding support skills to help recent hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
- Relevant experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition within technical or industrial domains is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and standard office productivity tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
