We are looking for a Field Executive – Recovery & Collection to join our team.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Experience in field collection/recovery preferred
- Positive communication and negotiation skills
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
- Knowledge of the local area will be an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit customers for collection of overdue payments
- Maintain daily collection reports
- Coordinate with the office team for case updates
- Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining professional conduct
Salary: Fixed Salary Attractive Incentives
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
