Key Responsibilities

- Incoming Inspection: Inspect all incoming raw materials, fresh produce, dairy, meat, and dry goods against strict acceptance criteria and supplier specifications.
- Process Monitoring: Conduct routine checks across all kitchen zones—including hot kitchen, cold room, bakery, and assembly—to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- HACCP & Hygiene Compliance: Monitor temperature logs (cooking, chilling, storage, and transport), personal hygiene practices, and equipment sanitation to prevent cross-contamination.
- Meal Assembly Verification: Perform pre-dispatch quality audits on packed airline meal trays and carts to verify portion control, correct menu coding, correct labeling, and allergen separation.
- Sample Management: Collect, label, and store micro-biological retention samples for every batch and flight as per regulatory and airline-specific requirements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality checks, temperature logs, non-conformance reports (NCR),



and waste logs; immediately escalate any quality or safety deviations to the Quality Assurance (QA) Manager.

Key Requirements

- Education: Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in quality control, food safety, or food production, ideally within a catering, hospitality, or flight kitchen environment.
- Certifications: Valid certification in HACCP (Level 2 or 3) and food safety handling is mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills.
- Good understanding of food microbiology and cold chain management.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for logging and reporting.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
