Role Description The Quality Control Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for inspecting incoming materials and finished products, conducting routine quality checks, and documenting test results to ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications. The role involves monitoring production processes, identifying nonconformities, coordinating corrective and preventive actions, and supporting internal audits.

The Quality Control

Specialist will collaborate closely with production, warehouse, and management teams to maintain product integrity,



reduce defects, and continuously improve quality systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure products meet defined standards and customer requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to support robust processes and regulatory compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing to conduct internal checks, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably in electronics or solar-related products.
- Knowledge of basic laboratory testing methods, inspection tools, and documentation practices.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to interpret technical specifications and quality metrics.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, industrial chemistry, or a related technical field is preferred.
