? ROLE: Quality Analyst (Design/Production)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Quality Analyst with experience in Design/Production Quality to conduct audits, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Audit completed design files and production output.

-Identify and classify defects and ensure adherence to client quality standards.

-Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and track recurring quality issues.

-Prepare quality reports, Excel dashboards, KPIs, and trend analysis.

-Track CAPA and support process improvement initiatives.

-Work with Design, Production, SMEs, and Management to resolve quality issues.

-Reduce defects, errors, rework, and customer complaints through continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Graduate in any discipline.





-1.5 to 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Analysis, preferably in Design Services or Production.

-Knowledge of Six Sigma / Lean methodologies and quality tools.

-Six Sigma certification preferred.

-Knowledge of RCA, 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, CAPA, and PDCA.

-Strong MS Excel, data analysis, dashboard, and reporting skills.

-Experience with design software preferred.

-Understanding of embroidery digitizing, vector artwork, or design production is an advantage.

-Solid attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Good English communication skills.

-Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
