Project Manager – Livelihood Programs

Hyderabad

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our skilling centres and empowerment initiatives. The successful candidate will support and guide programs to enhance economic independence, improve livelihood opportunities, and foster a supportive community. Preferably in the corporate or social sector to manage the corporate projects at YFS Hyderabad.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Corporate engagement: Building relationships and promoting YFS skilling programs.

- Community Support: Support youth and women in achieving financial stability and independence and

provide guidance and support to beneficiaries in their personal and professional development.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders to amplify program

impact.
- Need Assessment: Identify and create opportunities for beneficiaries to access markets, resources, and

services and also identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Team management: Supporting trainers and project execution teams.
- Empowerment Initiatives: Foster a supportive community that promotes empowerment and livelihood

development.
- Network Building: Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to build a network of support.
- Reporting: Monitoring, tracking and reporting progress, preparing reports, and communicating with

corporates.

Qualifications and Skills

Selection Criteria

- Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications and experience in livelihood development,

youth development, women empowerment,



or community-based programs, along with a strong passion for the social sector.
- Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is required.
- The candidate should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, team management,

program monitoring, and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and digital tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively (around 60% fieldwork) and work flexible hours is essential.

Education BA/B. Com/ BBA / Any other relevant degree

Experience Minimum 3 Years of experience required.

- NGO or non-profit sector experience is preferred.

Languages needed English, Telugu, Hindi.

Work Timing 9:30AM to 6:00 PM - Monday to Friday

9:30AM to 1:30PM - Saturdays

(Should be open to work in flexible working hours)

Location Hyderabad

Skills Required Experience in youth development, women empowerment, and livelihood support.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Program management and monitoring skills.
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and canva.
- Digital literacy: Effective use of internet and email
- The person should be ready to travel as the work requires 60% field work.
