Plan and execute shift production as per schedule, manage manpower and resources, ensure protected and efficient plant operations, and achieve production targets while maintaining EHS, GMP and quality standards. Lead reactor, ANFD/RVD, dryer, distillation, filtration and packing operations; monitor process parameters and equipment health; ensure SOP/BMR compliance, 5S and housekeeping; coordinate with cross-functional teams; and support operator supervision, training, performance management and manpower planning.
