Job Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to efficiently resolve customer queries via email or chat, manage data accuracy, monitor quality, and identify process improvements.

This is a desk-based, entry-level role responsible for managing the digital lifecycle of customer orders within the SAP ERP system. The Order Fulfillment Specialist ensures that customer orders are accurately entered, stock is allocated, and shipping requests are generated seamlessly. This role involves no physical warehouse labor and focuses entirely on system navigation, data accuracy, and corporate logistics coordination

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities SAP Order Management -

Enter customer orders into SAP ERP accurately, ensuring correct item codes, pricing, and quantities. Review system blocks (such as credit limits or delivery blocks) and escalate them to senior team members for resolution.



Monitor order backlogs within SAP to identify unfulfilled or delayed customer requests.Inventory Allocation & Shipping Release Check stock availability across various plant locations and warehouses using SAP inventory tracking transactions. Create delivery documents in SAP to trigger physical picking and packing at the fulfillment centers. Generate billing blocks or adjustments if stock shortages prevent a full order shipment.

Logistics Coordination Communicate digital order releases directly to warehouse operations and third-party logistics (3PL) teams. Track order statuses via SAP from "Order Created" to "Goods Issued" and "Shipped." Provide accurate delivery dates and tracking data to sales and customer service teams.

Skill Requirements

Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field.

Experience: 0–1 years of experience (Fresher). SAP Knowledge: Basic classroom knowledge, certification, or internship exposure to SAP ERP (modules like SD - Sales & Distribution, or MM - Materials Management) is highly preferred.
