About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Product Associate who is interested in building a career in Product Management and has a basic understanding of technology, digital products, and user experience.

The ideal candidate will have around 1–2 years of industry experience, or relevant internship experience in roles such as Product Associate, Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Support, or similar technical/product-focused roles.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and other teams to understand product requirements, analyze user feedback, support feature development, troubleshoot issues, and help improve the overall product experience.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to develop strong product knowledge and grow into an Associate Product Manager / Product Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand the product, its features, users, and business requirements.
- Work closely with Product Managers, developers, designers, QA, and other team members.
- Gather, organize, and analyze user feedback, product reviews, and support issues.
- Assist in identifying product problems, usability issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Support product requirement documentation, user stories, and feature specifications.
- Participate in product testing, QA, and feature validation.
- Troubleshoot basic product and usability issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Conduct basic market, competitor, and product research.
- Track product issues, feedback,



and action items and provide clear updates to the team.
- Assist with product launches, release notes, feature updates, and product communication.
- Support product analytics and prepare basic reports and summaries.
- Take ownership of assigned product-related tasks and ensure timely completion.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of relevant industry experience in Product Associate, Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Support, or a similar role.
- Relevant internship experience in product, technology, business analysis, or software-related roles will also be considered.
- Positive understanding of digital products, mobile/web applications, product development, and usability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of how technical teams and product teams collaborate.
- Ability to understand requirements and communicate them clearly to technical and non-technical team members.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge and ability to identify and communicate product issues effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and willingness to learn.

Education
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred.




- A Master's degree in a technology-related field will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from reputed colleges/institutions with strong technical or project-based exposure are preferred.

Preferred Technical & Product Exposure

Candidates with exposure to any of the following will be preferred:

- Product Management / Product Development
- Technical Business Analysis
- AI / Machine Learning projects
- Computer Science projects
- Product usability and User Experience
- Mobile or Web Application projects
- Jira, Trello, Figma, or similar collaboration tools
- Basic analytics and product metrics
- Software testing / QA
- User research and feedback analysis
- Troubleshooting and issue tracking

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
