Role Description The Pricing Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of competitive freight and logistics pricing. Day-to-day tasks include preparing quotations, updating rate sheets, analyzing cost components, and coordinating with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely pricing. The role involves responding to customer and internal requests, maintaining pricing databases, and monitoring market trends and carrier rates to recommend adjustments.

The Pricing

Coordinator will also assist in standardizing pricing procedures, support training related to pricing tools and processes,



and contribute to customer service by providing clear and reliable pricing information.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review costs, compare rates, and support data-driven pricing decisions.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support proposal preparation, pricing for bids, and alignment of rates with commercial strategies.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to help onboard team members on pricing processes, tools, and best practices.
- Relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain pricing is beneficial.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and pricing or CRM tools, along with attention to detail and organizational skills, is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in logistics, business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
