Job Title: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – All Subjects

Reports To: Principal / Academic Coordinator / Head of Department

Job Summary

We are seeking qualified, experienced, and passionate Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) to teach senior secondary students. The teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality subject instruction, preparing students for board examinations, monitoring academic progress, and providing effective mentoring and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-based lessons for Classes XI–XII.
- Teach subjects such as English, Hindi, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, History, Political Science, Geography, and other subjects as per qualification.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, notes, worksheets, assignments, projects, question papers, and study materials.
- Use interactive, application-based, and technology-enabled teaching methods.
- Prepare students effectively for Board Examinations and competitive examinations, where applicable.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, mock examinations, revision classes, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Analyze student performance and provide remedial or advanced academic support.
- Mentor students regarding academic development, higher education, and career opportunities.




- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and academic progress records.
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student performance when required.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, examinations, school events, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and school management to improve academic standards.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree (Post Graduation) in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. / equivalent recognized teacher-training qualification as applicable.
- CTET/TET qualification will be an advantage where applicable.
- Strong command of the relevant subject and school curriculum.
- Previous teaching experience at the senior secondary level is preferred.
