Role OverviewWe are looking for a confident and well-connected professional who can identify, approach and onboard influential guests for The Powerful Humans Podcast.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify founders, CEOs, investors, celebrities, politicians and industry leaders.
- Approach potential guests through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, calls and personal networks.
- Present the podcast’s value and convince suitable personalities to participate.
- Coordinate meetings and confirm podcast recording dates.
- Follow up professionally until the guest’s participation is confirmed.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential and confirmed guests.
- Prepare a basic guest profile and suggested discussion topics.
- Coordinate with the content, production and studio teams.
- Deliver a premium experience to every podcast guest.
- Build long-term relationships and generate referrals from existing guests.




- Update all outreach, responses and confirmations in the CRM.

Monthly Target
- Confirm at least 15–20 quality podcast guests every month.
- Focus on credible, influential and high-profile personalities.
- Maintain timely follow-ups and minimise cancellations.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
- Strong networking, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence while communicating with senior and high-profile personalities.
- Experience in PR, media relations, influencer outreach, podcast booking, celebrity management or business development is preferred.
- Must be proactive, organised and target-oriented.

Experience
- 2–5 years in PR, media, strategic partnerships, podcast booking, influencer management or business development.
