About the Role

We are looking for a Placement Head to lead and scale our legal placement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong legal background, excellent communication skills, and a well-established network across law firms, lawyers, law colleges, placement cells, and legal recruitment firms.

This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role requiring someone who can move quickly, build relationships, generate opportunities, and deliver measurable placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute the organisation’s placement strategy and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms, lawyers, law colleges, placement cells, and legal recruitment firms.
- Leverage existing professional networks to generate quality placement opportunities.




- Develop new institutional and industry partnerships to expand the placement network.
- Manage the placement process from opportunity generation to successful placement.
- Coordinate with candidates and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of placements.
- Track placement performance and continuously improve processes to achieve targets.
- Work towards achieving 10 Tier-1 placements every month.

What We’re Looking For

- 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong legal background with meaningful exposure to the legal industry.
- Well-connected with law firms, lawyers, law colleges, placement cells, and/or legal recruitment firms.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- High confidence and strong relationship-building abilities.
- Strong ownership and ability to execute quickly and deliver results.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Compensation

₹75,000–₹120,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
