Role Description The Placement Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing and enhancing the placement process for learners. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with hiring partners, identifying suitable opportunities, scheduling interviews, and tracking placement outcomes. The role involves providing guidance to learners on resumes, interview preparation, and professional etiquette, as well as organizing placement drives, webinars, and employer engagement initiatives.

The Placement

Coordinator will maintain accurate placement records, share regular updates with internal stakeholders,



and collaborate closely with academic and mentoring teams to align learner readiness with market needs. This role requires proactive communication, strong relationship management, and a commitment to supporting learners in achieving successful career outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with learners, employers, and internal teams.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication for learner support and employer interaction.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on learner satisfaction, responsiveness, and problem-solving.
- Background or experience in education, training, or career services, particularly in placement or student success roles.
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or campus hiring, including coordinating interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
- Ability to work in office in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and meet placement and reporting timelines.
- Proficiency with basic office tools and placement-related tracking systems (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or LMS platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; experience in edtech or career counseling is an advantage.
