– PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO MANAGING DIRECTOR
Position: Personal Assistant to Managing Director (PA to MD)
Department: Management / Administration
Working Location: Lakshmi Polavaram Village, Ravulapalem Mandal, Konaseema District, Andhra Pradesh – 533236
Salary: ₹15,000/- to ₹18,000/- per Month
Duty Timings: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, well-organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. The candidate will be responsible for managing the MD's daily work schedule, coordinating meetings and tasks, maintaining timely communication, and ensuring that assigned activities are properly scheduled and followed up.
The role requires good English communication skills, fluency in English, strong coordination abilities, and proficiency in Bitrix Software and Focus ERP.
Key Responsibilities1. MD Daily Schedule Management
- Prepare and maintain the Managing Director's daily work schedule and activity plan.
- Ensure that all scheduled activities, appointments, meetings, and tasks are properly organized and completed on time.
- Coordinate with concerned departments and employees regarding the MD's schedule.
- Ensure timely availability of required persons, documents, information, and resources for scheduled meetings.
- Follow up on pending activities and provide timely updates to the MD.
2. Meeting & Task Scheduling
- Schedule internal and external meetings as instructed by the MD.
- Coordinate meeting timings with department heads, employees, customers, vendors, and other concerned persons.
- Maintain a proper meeting calendar and ensure participants are informed in advance.
- Schedule and track tasks through Bitrix Software and Focus ERP.
- Monitor task status and follow up with responsible employees for timely completion.
3. Bitrix Software & Focus ERP
- Handle Bitrix Software for task assignment, scheduling, communication, follow-ups, and management coordination.
- Handle Focus ERP for task-related activities, scheduling, tracking, and required coordination.
- Maintain accurate task and meeting records.
- Ensure important instructions and assigned tasks are properly communicated to the concerned employees.
4. Employee Coordination & Discipline
- Follow up with employees regarding tasks assigned by the MD.
- Identify and report delays, non-compliance, or pending activities to the MD/concerned management.
- Raise appropriate questions to employees who are not working as assigned or failing to complete their responsibilities.
- Maintain professional discipline and ensure employees are available when required for scheduled meetings or assigned tasks.
- Escalate repeated delays, non-responsiveness, or non-compliance to the appropriate management level.
5. Communication & Follow-Up
- Maintain effective communication between the MD and different departments.
- Communicate instructions clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with employees and department heads for updates on assigned tasks.
- Prepare brief status updates and pending-task reports whenever required.
- Ensure important communications are not missed or delayed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate with 2 Years Experience preferred.
- Fluency in English is compulsory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Bitrix Software.
- Knowledge of Focus ERP is required/preferred.
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Office.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with employees and department heads.
- Should be proactive, responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding management and company matters.

Salary & Working Hours
