Zarvonis Ventures (Zee Labs) We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can run and optimize paid campaigns to drive app installs, user acquisition and growth.

Responsibilities - Run and manage Meta Ads & Google Ads for mobile apps

- Drive app installs and new users through paid campaigns
- Monitor CPI, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate and campaign performance
- Test different audiences, creatives, ad copies and campaigns
- Scale winning campaigns while controlling acquisition costs
- Work closely with the creative team to improve ad creatives and performance
- Track campaign data and share regular performance reports Requirements - 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / App Marketing / User Acquisition
- Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience running campaigns focused on app installs/user acquisition
- Good understanding of CPI, CAC, ROAS and campaign optimization
- Comfortable working with budgets and performance numbers
- Experience with Android apps is a plus
