- CRM and dashboard management.
- Google Sheets / Excel basics.
- Appointment scheduling and rescheduling.
- WhatsApp Business communication.
- Accurate data entry and follow-up tracking.
- Ability to work with semi-automated workflows.
Communication & Client Handling
- Fluent Hindi and English.
- Professional communication with women clients.
- Empathy and active listening.
- Ability to explain consultation processes clearly.
- Comfortable speaking with doctors and clients.
Minimum qualification Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in a healthcare-related or management field.Preferred degrees
- B.Sc. Nutrition / Food & Nutrition
- B.Sc. Life Sciences
- BBA Healthcare Management
- Bachelor of Hospital Administration (BHA)
- B.Sc. Nursing (where appropriate to role and local requirements)
- BAMS or other qualified healthcare professionals, if you need additional clinical background
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
