Key Responsibilities:

- Estimate sales volume and profitability for existing and new products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory.
- Generate new sales leads from pharma, biopharma, and injectable companies.
- Achieve regional sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives.
- Promote single-use (SU) products among key accounts in the pharma, injectable, and biopharma industries.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key customers.
- Meet R&D;, technical, production, engineering, and procurement teams to understand requirements and promote suitable SU solutions.
- Work with R&D; teams to validate single-use products for current molecule and filing projects.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer network within the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends,



pricing, and customer requirements.
- Collect market intelligence and develop sales strategies based on product value, technical advantages, and customer requirements rather than price alone.
- Set territory-level business development goals and develop action plans to achieve them.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular business updates.
- Conduct product presentations, customer meetings, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Coordinate with internal technical, application, and service teams to ensure effective customer support.
- Support the training and development of new sales team members.
