OPERATIONS MANAGER | TECHNICAL OPERATIONS MANAGER | BINARY GECKOS

9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST | 6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST

We’re looking for experienced Operations Managers and Technical Operations Managers to take ownership of daily operations and ensure that execution happens smoothly, efficiently, and on time.

This is not a role for someone who needs a step-by-step list of what to do.

We need someone who can understand the business, identify priorities, coordinate with the right people, solve problems, follow up until closure, and proactively identify what needs attention.

What You’ll Handle:

- Day-to-day operational coordination and execution
- Team, client, and cross-functional coordination
- Task tracking, follow-ups, timelines, and pending work
- Operational issues, escalations, and resolution
- Identifying gaps, bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies
- Maintaining operational reports and management updates
- Improving workflows, processes, and execution
- Ensuring accountability and smooth business operations

For Technical Operations Manager: In addition to the above, you should be comfortable working with technology, software, websites, tools, and technical workflows.

You’ll be expected to

- Understand technical requirements and communicate them clearly to developers/technical teams
- Coordinate and troubleshoot basic technical issues before escalating them
- Work with tools, dashboards, platforms,



and software used in daily operations
- Understand website/application functionality and identify issues or gaps
- Handle or coordinate minor technical changes where required
- Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly with clients and internal teams

You do not need to be a full-time developer, but you should be technically confident enough to understand, investigate, coordinate, and get things resolved.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years of relevant Operations experience
- Strong understanding of business operations and workflow management
- For Technical Operations Manager: strong technical understanding and experience working with software/tools/technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
- High ownership with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Fluent, highly proficient, and professional English
- Strong communication with employees, clients, and management
- A proactive approach, someone who sees a problem and works toward solving it
