We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and take ownership of day-to-day operations.
What you’ll be responsible for:
→ Managing daily operations and ensuring smooth execution
→ Coordinating with kitchen, service, and support teams
→ Maintaining operational standards and SOPs
→ Managing staff schedules and team performance
→ Monitoring inventory, wastage, and operational costs
→ Handling customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently
→ Identifying operational gaps and improving processes
What we’re looking for:
Experience in restaurant / hospitality operations
Strong team management and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
