Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Executive – MSME with 2–3 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services, preferably with exposure to MSME lending and recovery operations. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of MS Excel, loan operations, documentation, and recovery processes and should be open to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle day-to-day MSME loan operations and maintain accurate records.

· Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursement activities.

· Follow up on loan repayments, overdue accounts, and recovery cases.

· Support the recovery team in customer follow-ups and collection-related activities.

· Maintain and update operational and recovery MIS on a regular basis.

· Prepare reports, trackers, and dashboards using MS Excel.

· Coordinate with branches, customers, field teams, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.





· Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable NBFC processes.

Required Skills

· 2–3 years of relevant experience in NBFC / Banking / MSME Finance.

· Knowledge of MSME loan operations and recovery processes.

· Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, sorting, basic formulas, and MIS preparation.

· Willingness to travel as required.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Preference may be given to candidates with a background in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or Banking & Financial Services.
