We are looking for an experienced and organized Onboarding Specialist to manage and streamline the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination and communication skills, hands-on experience managing onboarding for a workforce of 500 employees, and a positive understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including joining formalities, documentation, employee introductions, and induction.
- Handle Post Offer Connect with selected candidates to maintain engagement and ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to joining.
- Plan and coordinate onboarding programs, induction sessions, and training for new hires.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, Admin, and other departments to ensure timely system access, IT setup, and other joining requirements.
- Conduct onboarding meetings and presentations to familiarize new employees with company culture, policies, procedures, and organizational goals.
- Monitor new hires throughout the onboarding period and address their queries or concerns.
- Maintain and update onboarding documents, checklists, templates, and training materials as per current policies and procedures.




- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely completion of all onboarding documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, and Gratuity.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in Employee Onboarding / HR Operations.
- Experience handling onboarding for 300 employees is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Post Offer Connect and candidate engagement.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end employee onboarding processes.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance (PF, ESI & Gratuity).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding activities and stakeholders effectively.

Qualification

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹41,000.00 per month
