Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Chemistry Teacher to teach students across IB MYP, IBDP, GCSE, and IGCSE curricula.

The ideal candidate should be confident teaching Chemistry at different academic levels and able to adapt lessons according to each student's curriculum, learning needs, and academic goals.

This is a remote, part-time tutoring opportunity involving 1-to-1 online classes.

Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and structured 1-to-1 online Chemistry classes.
- Teach Chemistry according to MYP, IBDP, GCSE, and IGCSE curriculum requirements.
- Explain complex concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods according to student needs.
- Help students with assignments, topic revision, practice questions, and exam preparation.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Identify learning gaps and provide targeted academic support.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for curriculum-specific assessments and examinations.
- Maintain a professional and supportive online learning environment.

Requirements Must Have





- Strong academic background in Chemistry.
- Previous experience teaching MYP, IBDP, GCSE, and/or IGCSE Chemistry.
- Good understanding of international curriculum structures and assessment requirements.
- Robust communication and explanation skills.
- Ability to teach students online using digital platforms.
- Reliable availability during the required time slot.

Preferred

- Experience teaching students from different countries and academic backgrounds.
- Experience with both regular tutoring and examination preparation.
- Relevant teaching qualification or postgraduate degree in Chemistry/Science.
