Scroll The Web is looking for a motivated Online Bidder to help win new client work on freelance platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour. The ideal candidate has hands on experience with online bidding, writing client proposals, and turning inquiries into signed projects, specifically within SEO and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Bid on relevant projects across Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, and similar platforms.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to SEO, AI search optimization, and digital marketing services.
- Draft and submit tailored, high quality proposals for prospective clients.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Follow up on submitted bids and nurture leads through to conversion.
- Liaise with the SEO team to understand project scope before finalizing proposals.
- Track and maintain records of bids, lead status,



and conversion outcomes.

Required Experience

- 1 to 3 years of experience in online bidding and freelance platform business development.
- Prior work on Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, or comparable portals.

Skills Required

- Solid understanding of freelance bidding platforms and lead generation practices.
- Working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Robust proposal and quotation writing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a knack for negotiation.
- Professional, confident client handling.
- Self driven, target focused, and comfortable working independently.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
