nMGM Healthcare is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Nursing Superintendent to lead nursing operations at our recent unit in Alwarpet, Chennai.

n

n Key Responsibilities

n• Lead and manage overall nursing operations and patient care services

n• Ensure high standards of clinical nursing practice and patient safety

n• Drive compliance with NABH & hospital quality standards

n• Manage nursing manpower, deployment, rosters and productivity

n• Mentor and develop nursing teams

n• Collaborate with doctors, clinical teams and hospital leadership

n• Monitor nursing KPIs,



audits and quality initiatives

n• Ensure effective implementation of nursing policies, protocols and SOPs

n

n What We’re Looking For

n Experienced nursing leader with strong hospital exposure

nProven experience managing nursing teams

n Strong knowledge of clinical quality and patient safety

nExcellent leadership and communication skills

n* Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals preferred
