We're looking for a NOC Engineer to join our 24×7 operations team and become the first line of defence for our AI infrastructure. What You'll Do Monitor GPU cluster health using Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, and NVIDIA DCGM Triage, escalate, and resolve incidents within SLA timelines Manage shift handovers and customer-facing incident communications Contribute to automation initiatives and continuous improvement of operational runbooks ? What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in a NOC, SOC, or 24×7 Operations environment Solid Linux administration skills and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP,



VLANs, DNS, Firewalls) Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Understanding of ITIL-based operational processes Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends ⭐ Nice to Have • NVIDIA DGX/HGX experience • InfiniBand or RoCE networking knowledge • Kubernetes exposure • Python or Bash scripting skills Why Join DAMAC AI?
