We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to create engaging, visually appealing, and high-quality short-form reels for brand Instagram pages.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of motion graphics, visual storytelling, and social media trends, with the ability to transform creative concepts into impactful 10–30 second reels.

Key Responsibilities

- Create short-form Instagram reels ranging from 10 to 30 seconds.
- Develop engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
- Convert creative briefs, product visuals, and brand concepts into compelling video content.
- Create reels aligned with the brand's visual identity, aesthetic, and communication style.
- Incorporate typography, transitions, music, sound effects, and animations.
- Collaborate with the creative and social media teams to develop content ideas.
- Ensure videos are optimized for Instagram (9:16 vertical format).
- Deliver high-quality content within agreed timelines.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, editing styles, and motion design techniques.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro,



or other motion graphics software.
- Strong understanding of animation, transitions, typography, and visual composition.
- Ability to create premium, aesthetic, and engaging brand content.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video formats.
- Attention to detail and consistency in maintaining brand aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and willingness to experiment with new visual styles.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with lifestyle, fashion, beauty, home decor, or D2C brands.
- Understanding of social media marketing and content trends.
- Experience creating product-focused reels and promotional videos.
- Knowledge of sound design and basic video editing.
