Role Description This is a full-time Motion Graphic Designer role in a hybrid setup, based in the Mohali district with some flexibility for work-from-home.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will create animated videos, motion graphics, and visual assets for digital platforms, including social media, marketing campaigns, and brand videos. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing ideas, storyboarding, designing and animating graphics, and collaborating with creative team members such as designers, video editors, and content strategists. The role also involves preparing assets for video production,



refining visual concepts based on feedback, and ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and technical requirements.

The Motion Graphic

Designer is expected to manage multiple projects, maintain organized files, and consistently meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and video content.
- Experience in Video Production, including asset preparation and collaboration with editors.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and creating Graphics for various digital formats.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar).
- Ability to translate creative briefs into clear visual concepts and storyboards.
- Attention to detail, timing, and visual rhythm in animation and design work.
- Effective communication skills and comfort collaborating in a hybrid team setting.
- Relevant education or training in design, animation, media, or a related field is preferred.
- A portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and design projects.
