Job Summary:

IIG Technology is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, maintain, and analyze business data. The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting management with timely MIS reports for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, organize, and maintain data from various departments.
- Generate reports and dashboards using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
- Monitor and update databases regularly.
- Analyze business data and provide insights to management.
- Coordinate with different teams for data collection and reporting.
- Maintain records and documentation related to MIS activities.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Office.




- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification:

MBA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc., BCA, MCA, or any Graduate.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in MIS reporting, data management, or business analytics.
- Knowledge of Power BI or advanced Excel will be an added advantage.
