Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced MIS Analyst to manage operational data, prepare reports, and provide accurate insights to support BPO operations and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track operational KPIs such as AHT, Productivity, SLA, Attendance, Shrinkage, and Service Level.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards, reports, and performance trackers.
- Share timely performance reports with Team Leaders, Managers, and Management.
- Identify data trends, gaps, and discrepancies and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting as per business requirements.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2–4 years of experience in MIS/Reporting, preferably in BPO/Call Centre operations.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, charts, dashboards).
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
