Qualifications: BTech Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Work Location: Vythiri, Waynad

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee MEP works (HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical) as per approved design, schedule, cost, quality and safety requirements.
- Manage the execution, inspection, testing and commissioning of MEP installations.
- Ensure all works comply with approved shop drawings, project specifications, consultant requirements and applicable local standards.
- Review and verify shop drawings, consultant designs and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
- Plan and coordinate daily site activities, assign tasks, monitor progress and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors and other project teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct site inspections and regular site coordination to monitor quality and progress.
- Review and certify contractor bills based on completed works.
- Prepare and maintain project/site reports and necessary documentation.
