Role Description This is a full time, on-site Medical Representative role based in Noida.

The Medical

Representative will promote and sell pharmaceutical and medical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities include visiting healthcare professionals regularly, presenting product information, answering medical and product-related queries, and ensuring availability and visibility of products. The role involves maintaining accurate records of visits and sales activities, following up on orders and payments, coordinating with internal teams for stock and delivery,



and participating in promotional events or medical conferences as needed.

The Medical

Representative is expected to build strong professional relationships, stay updated on product knowledge and medical developments, and adhere to all compliance and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, relationship building, and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product profiles and explain clinical benefits accurately.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours when required.
