Role Description This is a full-time, on-site teaching role based in Gurgaon for Mathematics, Science, and ICT across PGT, TGT, and PRT levels. The educator will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, create and implement assessments, and monitor learner progress in alignment with the school’s curriculum. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting classroom instruction, integrating technology into learning, and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, engaging with families as needed, participating in school events,



and contributing to curriculum improvement and co-curricular activities.

Qualifications

- Solid subject knowledge and teaching skills in Mathematics and Science, with the ability to adapt content to different grade levels (PGT, TGT, PRT).
- Competence in Mathematics Education and Curriculum Development, including designing structured learning objectives and aligned assessments.
- Proficiency in ICT integration for teaching and learning, including use of educational technologies and digital tools in the classroom.
- Effective Communication and Lesson Planning skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and manage classroom time efficiently.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or relevant subject disciplines (e.g., Mathematics, Science, Computer Science), along with a recognized teaching qualification (such as B.Ed. or equivalent).
- Previous teaching experience in school settings, familiarity with contemporary pedagogical practices, and commitment to inclusive, learner-centered education.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development, and engage constructively with learners and families.
