Job Title: Assistant Controller of Examinations

Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Qualification: Minimum Graduate – B.A or B.Com

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and record-keeping

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Interact with students for the issuance of mark sheets, degrees, and other official academic documents.
- Verify and process student documents for accuracy and authenticity before issuance.
- Maintain precise records of all received and dispatched academic documents.
- Prepare and send official verification letters through email or post.
- Compile and dispatch academic credentials for WES (World Education Services) in sealed envelopes.
- Organize and record prepared mark sheets and degrees for systematic distribution to students.




- Notify students regarding examination results, exam schedules, scholarship verifications, and other official updates.
- Maintain and update student data in Google Sheets for result processing.
- Log all daily visitor entries at the Examination Department window.
- Accept and forward carryover exam mark applications to relevant authorities.
- Process student promotion applications and forward them to the Controller of Examination (COE).
- Collect and distribute carryover examination forms (summer/winter sessions).
- Receive and handle academic verification requests from external agencies and organizations.
