Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Divytva Jewels LLP. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable jewellery products, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and professionally assist customers visiting the showroom.

Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget.

Explain jewellery designs, quality, pricing, making charges and other relevant product details.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of gold, diamond and other jewellery products.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to showroom sales.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product solutions.

Perform effective upselling and cross-selling.

Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

Coordinate with the billing and showroom team for smooth order processing.

Maintain proper presentation and cleanliness of the assigned sales area.

Ensure jewellery is handled carefully and according to showroom SOPs.

Maintain professional grooming, behaviour and communication at all times.

Record customer details and follow-up information as required.

Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.

Support the team in achieving overall showroom targets.

Required Skills

Ability to work effectively in a team.

Good Hindi and Gujarati communication; basic English preferred.

Presentable personality suitable for a premium jewellery showroom.

Eligibility

1-3 years of relevant sales experience.

Jewellery showroom experience will be preferred.

Candidates from retail/luxury retail sales may also be considered.

Must be willing to work full time from the Rajkot showroom.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Compliance with showroom SOPs.

Compensation & Work Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000-₹25,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.

Sales incentives may be provided as per company policy.

1 rotating weekly off.
